Artemis Risk Solutions, LLC, a new insurance brokerage company based in Dallas, officially launched on Wednesday. The company offers services in employee benefits, property and casualty insurance, and personal lines. Artemis was co-founded by Clint Anderson, who is the Chief Revenue Officer, and David Lamb, who serves as the President of Property and Casualty.

The leadership team at Artemis brings a wealth of experience to the table. Chris Burns, the CEO, has over 40 years of experience in the industry. Before joining Artemis, he led the employee benefits practice at Willis Group in both New York City and London. The company's President, Chris Cordes, has 35 years of experience in sales leadership, organizational development, and growth strategies.

Artemis Risk Solutions has representatives across the United States and offers direct access to risk management consulting and insurance brokerage services in 90 countries. This extensive reach allows them to assist clients not only across all 50 states but also globally.

David Lamb, one of the co-founders, explained the motivation behind starting Artemis. He noted that the insurance industry has seen a lot of consolidation, which he believes has negatively impacted clients. Artemis aims to provide customized insurance solutions tailored to the unique needs of their clients, rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all approach that has become common in the industry. Lamb emphasized that their goal is to focus on employee wellbeing while creating solutions for their clients.
